How can I return a product and under what conditions?

The buyer has the right to return the product under the conditions specified in the Consumer Protection Act and within 14 days from the date of the product’s delivery.

Return of the product is accepted only on condition that the product is in the original packaging, with all indications and labels, it hasn’t been used, contaminated, damaged or treated with any detergents. To return a product, please fill in the Return Form and attach the original payment document / receipt to the returned product. The return of a product is done through the courier company Econt and send to the following address: Varna, Briz quarter, 6 Boris Ox Str. For Modulorista EOOD.

Refunds for the purchased product are made after the delivery of the product back to us, as eligible for return and within 14 days from the date we receive the product back. When returning a product that included free delivery, the Buyer has to pay 2 courier fees for transport or the amount for them will be deducted from the refund.

Product replacement

The buyer has the right to request a replacement of the purchased product within 14 days of the delivery of the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging, with all markings and labels, without being used, contaminated, damaged or treated with preparations. The product can be replaced with another one that is available on our website.

To replace a product, please fill in the Return Form and describe the product you want to replace it with. If you need help, do not hesitate to contact us at office@modulorista.com.

Can I pay with cash upon delivery?

Products worth up to BGN 200 (two hundred) can be paid with cash upon delivery.

Can I change details of an order that has already been placed and who should I contact?

If the order is not send to a delivery courier, you can make changes by contacting us at office@modulorista.com

How long does it take to complete the order?

Available products are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. In the case of products that are not available in our warehouses, the deadlines are specified upon request to the respective manufacturer. These products are marked with “with order” next to their name and description in the website.

Do you make deliveries outside Bulgaria?

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay through the payment system in our online store, using any of the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card.
  • Epay.bg

As well as by cash upon delivery of the product, or by bank transfer. Cash payment upon delivery is possible only for products worth up to BGN 200. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us in advance at office@modulorista.com

What can delay my order?

The order may be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances. In case of delay, we will contact you at the contact phone number you specified.

Which courier company do you use for the deliveries?

Deliveries are made with the courier company "Econt".

How can I track my order?

You will receive a message with a tracking number, from the courier company on the phone number specified by you.
