The user has the right to choose whether the requested, ordered and pre-paid (or deferred payment after delivery) goods will be delivered to him directly to the address specified by him, by courier or to a courier's office. Delivery details required: two names, phone number, exact address or courier office name.
Goods purchased through the online trading platform are delivered via the Econt courier company.
Orders sent to an office will be held at the courier's office for no longer than 7 /seven/ days.
For orders made to an address, the customer is obliged to provide access and the ability to accept the order. In the event that the Customer is not found at the specified address, the order can be left at the nearest office of the courier, where it will remain for no longer than 7 /seven/ days.
Products ordered through the online store do not have a "View and Test" option.
Deliveries are made not only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The value of courier and transport costs is not included in the price of goods and items and is indicated separately.
Delivery time:
The SUPPLIER delivers the goods requested by the USERS within the terms (between 2 and 5 working days) and under the conditions set by the SUPPLIER on the e-shop page and in accordance with these general terms and conditions. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays are processed on the first following business day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on the first following business day. Delivery time on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria - from two to five working days. The supplier reserves the right to extend the delivery period by a period of up to 30 working days, in circumstances other than normal. The Provider will notify the User by email, in such a case, of the circumstances, options and rights.
In the event that the selected, ordered and prepaid item is out of stock and the supplier is unable to fulfill the order, the amount transferred by the User is automatically loaded as a credit to his account. So he will be able to use it for future purchases. The user has the right, upon his express wish, to have the amount paid refunded.

Goods ordered through our online store can be paid for in the following ways:
- cash on delivery, upon receipt of the order;
- with a debit/credit card at the virtual POS terminal of our online store;
- by bank transfer.

RETURN OF GOODS
Every USER has the right to return or exchange his order within 14 days from the date of delivery without any valid reason.
In case of cancellation of the contract, the USER must deliver the order back to the SUPPLIER in an undamaged commercial form.
The return of the product is accepted only on the condition that it is in the original packaging, with all markings and labels, without having been used, soiled, damaged or treated with any preparations. The USER is obliged to fill out a Return Form (DOWNLOAD LINK) and attach the original payment document/receipt of the returned product. The return of a product is made through the courier company Econt: city of Varna, Briz quarter, Boris Oks St. No. 6 for "Modulorista" EOOD.
The amount is refunded to the USER's bank account within 10 working days.
The amount is not refunded if the USER has not returned the product to the SUPPLIER.
The SUPPLIER bears the delivery costs for defective products, damage during transportation and all other circumstances caused by the SUPPLIER's fault.
In the event of a size exchange or product exchange by the USER, shipping is covered in both directions.
Delivery to the SUPPLIER is carried out by a courier company. If you encounter problems, you need to contact us at the contacts indicated on the site.
When returning a product that includes free shipping, the USER undertakes to pay 2 (two) courier charges for transport or the amount for them will be deducted from the refund funds.
Products worth up to BGN 200 (two hundred) can be ordered with cash on delivery.
